Microsoft

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, IT Intellect is required to comply with international standards for venues, equipment, courseware and instructors. IT Intellect also has a policy of employing only trainers who have both strong presentation skills and reasonable industry experience in the disciplines they are expected to teach. IT Intellect instructors who train Microsoft courses are required therefore to be Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT). In becoming MCTs, instructors attend a formal program of instruction and assessment in Presentation Skills at an organization designated by Microsoft.

 Isett Seta

IT Intellect is fully accredited by the ISETT Seta as a training provider and as such provides an assurance of training quality and adherence to SAQA service standard requirements. Provider Number: Acc 03 000 253

Department of Education

IT Intellect is registered with the Department of Education as a Private Further Education and Training College. FET registration number: 2007/FE07/019. We have submitted an application for registration as a Private Higher Education Institution.

 CompTia

Any organization that obtains CompTIA Gold Education Partner Status maintains a high level of quality in the industry ensuring that training, certifications and course material within the local IT industry is legitimate and compares favourably with international standards. As an active member and participant in the CompTIA Gold Partner System, IT Intellect adheres to these high standards and avidly promotes the value of obtaining authentic, internationally accepted CompTIA certifications.

ICDL

IT Intellect Durban is an accredited ICDL testing centre, offering the highest quality of training and ICDL certification.

Prometric

As an authorized international Testing Centre, IT Intellect is required to comply with strict regulations governing the administration of international certification exams. A Test Centre Administrator is appointed at each branch to care for such administration. These administrators are required to pass a rigorous international exam in order to qualify. It is under their competent direction that all pre-assessment and aptitude testing at IT Intellect is conducted.

Pearson Vue

Pastel

Pastel Authorised Training Centres are independent organisations that deliver a range of educational and vocational services based on the Pastel Accounting software range. The Pastel ATC programme is global and implemented through a diverse distribution strategy. It is considered an important resource for training on Pastel Accounting and related Pastel Software. The CBP program accredits only business professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to excellence and expertise by both attending the necessary certification training and passing the relevant CBP exam(s). The CBP credential allows employers and organizations to identify you as one of the leaders in your area of business. Source: CBP


Metrics that Matter (MTM)

At the end of each Microsoft course students will complete an MTM evaluation form. This is an official Microsoft evaluation system that allows students to evaluate the scope of the course as well as the trainer’s ability and presentation skills. This is an invaluable tool to Microsoft and to it student in monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas of improvement.
